It looks as if the Phils will be taking on the Rays in the upcoming Fall Classic.

Well, maybe there is a palindrome angle after all: '80 and '08 (credit to Mark for that one).

And if we elect the GOP nominee after every Phillies' title, as we have done throughout history (!), then we can look forward to a McCain victory on November 4.
